1. A mobility scooter comprising:
a frame having a longitudinal axis;
at least one drive wheel rotatable about a drive wheel axis; and
a steering assembly, coupled to the frame, that includes:
a steering stem;
a stem tab rotatable about the steering stem in response to input from a steering input;
a front inside wheel pivotable relative to the frame to a maximum outward turn angle,
a steering stop, and
a tie rod, pivotably coupled to the stem tab at a stem tab tie rod connection and pivotably coupled to the front inside wheel, the tie rod configured to move relative to the stem tab to pivot the front inside wheel relative to the frame in response to movement of the steering input,
wherein the steering stop is configured to control an extent of a cam over effect of the front inside wheel pivoted relative to the frame to the maximum outward turn angle.
