1. A method for locking an adjustable kettlebell, comprising:
placing the adjustable kettlebell in a cradle;
extending a dial out of an indicator opening in a handle of the kettlebell;
extending a dial key out of an opening key based at least in part on extending the dial out of the indicator opening; and
rotating a selection mechanism that is rotationally connected to the dial to change a weight of the adjustable kettlebell.
