1. A system for unweighting a user for an exercise session, the unweighting system comprising:
a framework comprising a plurality of connected frame members defining at least one surface for retaining a treadmill having a running surface, a portion of the framework having a sealing surface about the running surface; and
a substantially airtight chamber attached to the framework extending upward therefrom when inflated, the substantially airtight chamber comprising:
an upper chamber portion defining a top opening operable for attachment to the user extending therethrough for the exercise session;
a lower chamber portion below the upper chamber portion; and
a removable sealing assembly securing the lower chamber portion to the upper chamber portion.
