1. An orthopaedic implant comprising:
a main body including a wall and at least one carrier, the at least one carrier including a first carrier portion secured to the wall and a second carrier portion extending from the first carrier portion to establish first and second sections of a respective passage, the passage extending inwardly from an external surface of the main body, and the second carrier portion is releasable from the main body; and
at least one fastener dimensioned to be partially received in bone, wherein the at least one fastener extends along the first and second sections of the respective passage, the at least one fastener is coupled to the second carrier portion at a first breakable connection along the second section of the passage, and a portion of the at least one fastener is moveable outwardly from the passage in response to severing the first breakable connection.
