1. An ultrasound system, the system comprising at least one processor and at least one memory in communication with the processor, the memory storing instructions, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to:
receive beamformed ultrasound signals;
generate B-mode and Doppler images from the beamformed ultrasound signals;
display the generated B-Mode and Doppler images with a first mode of tissue-specific preset (TSP) settings and with one or more non-TSP settings, wherein none of the non-TSP settings are TSP settings;
receive at least one user input, via a user interface, for control of a plurality of TSP settings, each being specific to a tissue of a person being imaged, and for control of the one or more non-TSP settings;
adjust, in response to the user input, the TSP settings from the first mode to a second mode while maintaining the non-TSP settings.
