1. A cleaning device, comprising:
a handle having a first end and an opposing second end, the second end having an end opening in communication with an axially aligned bore therein, the handle being substantially straight;
a cleaning implement depending from the first end the handle;
a nested detail cleaning device removably disposed within the axially aligned bore through the end opening;
a flexible neck positioned to allow flexion of the handle and configured to rotate about the handle; and
a collar having a feature including a longitudinal region configured to enable linear movement of the collar and a rotational region configured to enable rotational movement of the collar.
