1. An insole, comprising an insole body for the stepping of the sole of a human foot, said insole body comprising a forefoot area, a midfoot area and a hindfoot area, said hindfoot area comprising a heel portion corresponding to the calcaneus of the human foot, said forefoot area comprising an inner metatarsal portion, an outer metatarsal portion, an inner toe portion and an outer toe portion, said inner metatarsal portion corresponding to the first metatarsal of the human foot, said outer metatarsal portion corresponding to the second, third, fourth and fifth metatarsals of the human foot, said inner toe portion corresponding to the first phalanx, of the human foot, said outer toe portion corresponding to the second, third, fourth and fifth phalanx of the human foot, said midfoot area being located between said forefoot area and said hindfoot area, said midfoot area comprising an inner arch portion and an outer arch portion;
wherein said insole body comprises:
an upper insole layer comprising a top surface and an opposing bottom surface;
a lower insole layer bonded to said bottom surface of said upper insole layer; and
at least one bulge located on said upper insole layer corresponding to at least one of said forefoot area, said midfoot area and said hindfoot area, each said bulge comprising a first convex surface and a first concave surface, said top surface of said upper insole layer being integrally raised to form said first convex surface, said bottom surface of said upper insole layer being integrally dented corresponding to said first convex surface to form a first concave surface, said first concave surface defining a groove, said groove being located between said upper insole layer and said lower insole layer, each said bulge being in a compressed state when compressed by an external force, and each said bulge being in a diastolic state when said external force is released therefrom;
wherein said at least one bulge is located in at least two of said forefoot area, said midfoot area and said hindfoot area; at least one air flow channel is formed between said upper insole layer and said lower insole layer, said at least one air flow channel connecting said at least one bulge, each said air flow channel comprising a second convex surface and an opposing second inner concave surface, said top surface of said upper insole layer integrally raised to form said second convex surface, said bottom surface of said upper insole layer integrally dented to form said second convex surface, and the concave surface defining a concave runner.
