1. A composition for preserving human milk comprising:
(a) pectin, wherein the pectin is:
(i) between about 0.034 mg to about 9 mg; or
(ii) between about 5 mg to about 1333 mg; or
(iii) between about 34 mg to about 9000 mg;
(b) vitamin C, wherein the vitamin C is:
(i) between about 0.676 μg to about 101 μg; or
(ii) between about 0.1 mg to about 15 mg; or
iii) between about 0.676 mg to about 101 mg; and
(c) vitamin E, wherein the vitamin E is:
(i) between about 0.0122 μg to about 1.8 μg and the vitamin E is synthetic; or
(ii) between about 1.8 μg to about 270 μg and the vitamin E is synthetic; or
(iii) between about 0.01 mg to about 1.8 mg and the vitamin E is synthetic; or
(iv) between about 0.01 μg to about 2.68 μg and the vitamin E is natural; or
(v) between about 2.68 μg to about 402 μg and the vitamin E is natural; or
(vi) between about 0.01 mg to about 2.68 mg and the vitamin E is natural.
