1. An information handling system of a management and orchestration module (MANO) comprising:
a processor executing code instructions configured to:
determine user equipment device (UE) connectivity requirements from UE connectivity metrics received from a first UE via an out of band communication to the MANO, for a plurality of UEs, including the first UE, managed by the MANO;
determine enterprise profile requirements for the plurality of UEs including the first UE and detected network conditions of a plurality of wireless protocol radio access networks (RANs) and associated cores of an enterprise-provided mobile network;
generate an optimal wireless link distribution across the plurality of UEs based on the UE connectivity requirements, enterprise profile requirements of the plurality of UEs, and detected network conditions of the RANs and associated cores of the enterprise-provided mobile network; and
determine an initial antenna configuration adjustment for the first UE instructing selection of a first wireless link via a first antenna, selected to meet the UE connectivity requirement relative to wireless links assigned to the plurality of UEs according to the optimal wireless link distribution; and
a network interface device to transmit the initial antenna configuration adjustment to the first UE.

10. A method of managing user equipment device (UE) connectivity requirements for a first UE among a plurality of UEs with a management and orchestration module (MANO) comprising:
executing code instructions, via a processor, to determine UE connectivity requirements from UE connectivity metrics received from the first UE via an out of band communication to the MANO operating at a management information handling system, for a plurality of UEs, including the first UE, that are managed by the MANO;
determining enterprise profile requirements for the plurality of UEs including the first UE and detecting network conditions of a plurality of wireless protocol radio access networks (RANs) and associated cores of an enterprise-provided mobile network;
generating an optimal wireless link distribution across the plurality of UEs based on the UE connectivity requirements, enterprise profile requirements of the plurality of UEs, and detected network conditions of the RANs and associated cores of the enterprise-provided mobile network; and
determining an initial antenna configuration adjustment for the first UE instructing selection of a first wireless link via a first antenna, selected to meet the UE connectivity requirement relative to wireless links assigned to the plurality of UEs according to the optimal wireless link distribution; and
transmitting the initial antenna configuration adjustment, via a network interface device, to the first UE.

17. An information handling system of a management and orchestration module (MANO) comprising:
a processor executing code instructions configured to:
determine user equipment device (UE) connectivity requirements from UE connectivity metrics received from a first UE via an out of band communication to the MANO, for a plurality of UEs, including the first UE, managed by the MANO;
determine enterprise profile requirements for the plurality of UEs including the first UE and detected network conditions of a plurality of wireless protocol radio access networks (RANs) and associated cores of an enterprise-provided mobile network;
generate an optimal wireless link distribution across the plurality of UEs based on the UE connectivity requirements, enterprise profile requirements of the plurality of UEs, and detected network conditions of the RANs and associated cores of the enterprise-provided mobile network; and
determine an initial antenna configuration adjustment for the first UE instructing selection of a first wireless link via a first antenna, selected to meet the UE connectivity requirement relative to wireless links assigned to the plurality of UEs according to the optimal wireless link distribution; and
a network interface device to transmit the initial antenna configuration adjustment to the first UE, wherein the initial antenna configuration adjustment involves deactivation of a second antenna and establishment of the first wireless link via the first antenna and a first wireless protocol radio to meet the UE connectivity requirement received from the first UE and to meet the optimal wireless link distribution of the plurality of UEs on the enterprise-provided mobile network.
