1. A method comprising:
subscribing, by a network device, to a service with a first network device;
receiving, by the network device from the first network device, network slice usage information pertaining to a network slice;
generating, by the network device after the receiving, a request to be notified when an end device is using the network slice and subsequently notified when no longer using the network slice;
transmitting, by the network device to the first network device, the request; and
receiving, by the network device, a notification that includes information indicating that the end device is using or no longer using the network slice.
