1. An audio device, comprising:
an acoustic module configured to deliver sound close to an ear canal opening but does not block or obstruct the ear canal,
wherein the audio device is carried by an ear using a structure that has compliance such that it lightly clamps on the ear,
wherein the structure comprises a body comprising: a first portion that exhibits compliance and a second portion that is connected to the first portion and is configured to sit posterior to an outer ear, wherein the first portion couples the acoustic module to the second portion.
