1. An electric vehicle charger comprising:
a rectifier comprising a first number of power modules;
a converter comprising a second number of power modules, wherein the second number is equal to the first number;
wherein a power module comprises:
a first switch;
a second switch; and
an LC filter electrically coupled to the first and second switches, the LC filter comprising one or more inductors and one or more capacitors;
a DC bus electrically coupled to the rectifier and the converter; and
a DC ground electrically coupled to:
a neutral point of one or more capacitors of the power modules of the rectifier; and
a neutral point of one or more capacitors of the power modules of the converter.
