1. A method of treating skin having a fine line or wrinkle, the method comprising topically applying to a person's skin having the fine line or wrinkle an oil-in-water emulsion composition comprising:
0.0001% to 5% w/w of a hydrolyzed algae extract comprising exopolysaccharides from Halymenia durvillei; and
0.0001% to 5% w/w of a saccharide isomerate comprising an exopolysaccharide synthesized by Vibrio alginolyticus,
wherein the appearance of the fine line or wrinkle is reduced.
