1. A method of treating a disease in a patient comprising administering to a patient in need of such treatment a therapeutically effective amount of a compound having the structure:
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein,
R5 is selected from —SO2—, —CH(OH)—, and —N(CH3)—; and
L1 is selected from —CH2—, —C(CH3)2—, and —C(CH2CH2)—,
wherein the disease is selected from rheumatoid arthritis, Alzheimer's disease, psoriasis, atherosclerosis, pain, multiple sclerosis, and glomerulosclerosis.
