1. A powder composition comprising (A) reduced coenzyme Q₁₀, (B) starch octenylsuccinate or a salt thereof, and (C) gum arabic,

wherein a ratio of a solid content of said (B) starch octenylsuccinate or the salt thereof to a solid content of said (A) reduced coenzyme Q₁₀is at least from 0.5 to 5 by mass.
