1. An absorbent article comprising a topsheet, a backsheet, an absorbent core and at least one nonwoven-nonwoven adhesive bond other than a core stabilization bond, wherein the adhesive has a Toughness of at least 11.0 MJ/m3 and a Yield Stress of at least 0.7 MPa, as measured at 37° C. according to the Extensional Test Method, and wherein the adhesive comprises at least 5% tackifier by weight of the adhesive.
