1. A system for fixing an intimal leaflet to a wall of a vessel, the system comprising:
an expandable member, wherein the expandable member is configured to press the intimal leaflet towards the wall of the vessel as it expands;
a first delivery element carried by the expandable member, the first delivery element comprising a first puncturing element positioned to puncture through a first edge of the intimal leaflet and at least partially through the wall of the vessel upon expansion of the expandable member;
a second delivery element carried by the expandable member, the second delivery element comprising a second puncturing element positioned to puncture through a second edge of the intimal leaflet opposite the first edge and at least partially through the wall of the vessel as the expandable member expands; and
an anchor slidably positionable in the first delivery element, wherein the anchor is configured to attach a first portion of the intimal leaflet to the vessel wall,
wall of the vessel as the expandable member expands.
