1. Method of operating a transmitting radio node in a wireless communication network, the method comprising transmitting data signaling in a signaling time interval, wherein an integer number code block (CB) of code blocks of data are associated to an integer number of allocation units of the signaling time interval, wherein the allocation units are symbols, and one code block is contained in one allocation unit, wherein each of the integer number CB of code blocks and the integer number of allocation units is based at least on a network load, a signal quality, or a signal strength associated with the data signaling.
