1. A beam training method, wherein the beam training method comprises:
sending, by a first terminal apparatus, a first message to a second terminal apparatus, wherein the first message serves as a request for a first list, the first list comprises an identifier of at least one sidelink synchronization signal, the at least one sidelink synchronization signal is a sidelink synchronization signal that is not used by at least one of the second terminal apparatus within a preset time range or another terminal apparatus within an area in which the second terminal apparatus is located, and the sidelink synchronization signal comprises a primary synchronization signal and a secondary synchronization signal;
receiving, by the first terminal apparatus, a second message from the second terminal apparatus, wherein the second message comprises the first list; and
determining, by the first terminal apparatus, a first sidelink synchronization signal based on the identifier of the at least one sidelink synchronization signal in the first list, wherein the first sidelink synchronization signal is used for beam training.
