1. A method of wireless communication, the method comprising:
selecting a first frequency segment using link state information received outside of a time when link state information is typically collected;
selecting, using the link state information, a second frequency segment that is different from and non-contiguous with the first frequency segment, wherein at least one of the first frequency segment and the second frequency segment are selected based on a reliability level and a latency level;
coding a first data frame and a second data frame together to generate a third data frame;
encoding a first signal with the third data frame using the first frequency segment;
encoding a second signal with the third data frame using the second frequency segment, wherein a preamble or frame header of the first signal and a preamble or frame header of the second signal both include a data field that includes information that indicates that the first signal and the second signal include the same data frame; and
providing the first signal and the second signal for wireless transmission such that at least a portion of the first signal and a portion of the second signal are simultaneously wirelessly transmitted over different links.
