1. A system for spectrum utilization management in a wireless network comprising:
a Multi-Access Edge Computing (MEC) layer in a network slice;
a wireless network resource optimization application in the MEC layer; and
a radio access network (RAN);
wherein the MEC layer is in communication with the RAN;
wherein the wireless network resource optimization application is operable to create a vector ensemble class for signals in a radiofrequency environment;
wherein the wireless network resource optimization application is operable to analyze the signals for possible interactions based on center frequency and/or bandwidth;
wherein the wireless network resource optimization application is operable to combine the possible interactions with the vector ensemble class and a customer goals index vector;
wherein the wireless network resource optimization application is operable to analyze the combined possible interactions, the vector ensemble class, and the customer goals index vector to create actionable data to optimize network resources of the wireless network; and
wherein the customer goals index vector is a vector of binary values.
