1. An electronic device comprising:
a display;
at least one hardware processor, and
memory storing one or more computer programs, wherein the one or more computer programs include computer-executable instructions that, when executed by the at least one hardware processor, cause the electronic device to:
obtain a first video frame and a bypass control value related to the first video frame from a video data,
determine whether to perform frame rate conversion (FRC) processing using the first video frame based at least in part on the bypass control value,
in response to the bypass control value being set to a first value indicating bypass of the FRC processing, display the first video frame on the display module,
in response to the bypass control value being set to a second value indicating to perform the FRC processing:
determine whether a bypass mode for forcing the bypass is set,
in response to the bypass mode not being set, generate an interpolation frame using the first video frame and a second video frame after the first video frame, and
display the first video frame, the interpolation frame, and the second video frame on the display module.
