1. A method comprising:
providing, for display at a display of a computing device, a plurality of identifiers of media recommendations;
providing, for display at the display of the computing device, a user interface element that is selectable to cause a plurality of selectable genre identifiers to be displayed;
receiving selection of the user interface element, and providing, for display at the display of the computing device, an overlay comprising the plurality of selectable genre identifiers, wherein providing the overlay comprises;
when the computing device is a first device type, causing the overlay to be of a first size and causing the overlay of the first size to obscure at least a portion of the displayed plurality of identifiers of media recommendations; and
when the computing device is a second device type, causing the overlay to be of a second size;
wherein a first ratio exceeds a second ratio, wherein (i) the first ratio is a ratio of the first size of the overlay to a size of the display when the computing device is of the first device type, and (ii) the second ratio is a ratio of the second size of the overlay to a size of the display when the computing device is the second device type.
