1. An information processing apparatus comprising:
a memory; and
a processor configured to execute:
storing, in the memory, viewing history data comprising a sequence of representations selected by an adaptive bitrate (ABR) mechanism during video streaming, wherein the representations comprise video chunks encoded at different bit rates;
estimating an experience quality value by replacing a plurality of index values included in the viewing history data of an image with an index value corresponding to a case other than any one of a plurality of predetermined bit rates, wherein the index values comprise audio bit rates, video bit rates, and reproduction stop occurrences that affect user experience quality during video streaming;
calculating a contribution degree of each bit rate included in the plurality of bit rates to an experience quality value using cooperative game theory to determine how each bit rate affects the user experience quality on the basis of the estimated experience quality value; and
generating and outputting information indicating the contribution degree for enabling redesign of the ABR mechanism.
