1. A method for executing a data transaction on a decentralized computer network on behalf of an entity, the method comprising:
authenticating an actor;
creating a cryptographically signed data packet upon authenticating the actor, wherein the cryptographically signed data packet comprises an actor ID and an authenticating service ID, wherein the cryptographically signed data packet establishes an authentication context for the transaction;
verifying the authentication context;
formulating the proposed data transaction in the context of the entity;
authorizing the transaction by validating, via split key encryption, an authority of the actor to perform the proposed transaction on behalf of the entity;
executing the data transaction on behalf of the entity; and
recording the data transaction on a decentralized ledger of the decentralized computer network.
