1. A method by which a server controls a plurality of devices, the method comprising:
receiving a trigger signal generated by a sensor in a home in response to a mobile device being present at a specific location in the home, the trigger signal including identification values of one or more devices of the plurality of devices that are located around the sensor;
comparing the identification values with pre-stored identification values of the plurality of devices to determine, from the plurality of devices, a first device and a second device corresponding to the specific location;
receiving context information indicating a situation of a user from the mobile device;
comparing the received context information with different keywords that correspond respectively to the first device and the second device and that identify context information related to respective operations of the first device and the second device;
based on a result of the comparison, selecting first context information for use in determining a first operation to be performed by the first device and second context information for use in determining a second operation to be performed by the second device, wherein the first context information and the second context information are different and correspond respectively to the first device and the second device; and
providing the selected first context information and the selected second context information to the first device and the second device, respectively, so that the first device performs the first operation corresponding to the first context information and the second device performs the second operation corresponding to the second context information.
