1. A non-transitory, computer-readable storage medium having encoded thereon, machine instructions that when executed by a processor, cause the processor to restrict communications in a wireless communications network, comprising the processor:
controlling operation of a radio frequency (RF) front end of the wireless communications network to:
establish a restricted portion of the wireless communications network, the restricted portion defined by a perimeter in which wireless devices within the perimeter are restricted in operation,
compel wireless devices within the perimeter to register with the processor,
identify a registered wireless device as one of allowed, not allowed, and unknown,
for an allowed wireless device, prompt the allowed wireless device to register with the wireless communications network,
lock not allowed wireless devices and unknown wireless devices to the processor, and
provide persistent, annoyance communications to a locked wireless device to prevent access to the wireless communications network until the processor disestablishes the restricted portion.
