1. A method for managing user access to a digital resource across multiple devices, comprising:
generating a user interface with authentication capabilities to facilitate user access to the digital resource;
collecting device-specific parameters from each user device upon user interaction;
supplementing collected parameters with additional device-related information sourced from diverse data sources;
querying the data sources to determine device information, wherein user login status is determined based on the device information;
initiating a reduction in a number of user parameters upon detection of a logged-out state;
receiving user parameters within a normalization system for generating normalized parameters based on received data;
assigning a queue position within a digital queue to each user device based on its identifier and normalized parameters, reflecting an order of devices awaiting interface access;
updating normalized parameters based on user login status; and
reordering queue positions within the digital queue for each device based on the updated normalized parameters.
