19. A method comprising:
initiating operation of a power manager at a well construction rig, wherein the well construction rig comprises well construction equipment, power equipment electrically connected to the well construction equipment, and a plurality of power equipment sensors operable to output sensor data indicative of operational status of the power equipment;
entering, via a button of a first plurality of virtual buttons of a first area or window of a display of a human-machine interface (HMI), a first input of a selected mode of operation of a plurality of modes of operation, wherein the plurality of modes of operation include at least one of: a minimum pollution mode of operation, a minimum fuel consumption mode of operation, a maximum operation life mode of operation, or a hybrid mode of operation, and wherein the first plurality of virtual buttons correspond to the plurality of modes of operation;
entering, via one or more second buttons of a second plurality of virtual buttons of a second area or window of a display of the HMI, a second input of one or more selected power management settings of a plurality of power management settings associated with the selected mode of operation, wherein the second plurality of virtual buttons correspond to the plurality of power management settings, and
wherein the operation of the power manager comprises:
receiving the power equipment sensor data;
receiving the first input of the selected mode of operation;
receiving the second input of the one or more power management settings associated with the selected mode of operation;
changing the mode of operation of the power manager to the selected mode of operation; and
causing the power equipment to supply electrical power to the well construction equipment based on the selected mode of operation, the one or more selected power management settings associated with the selected mode of operation, and the power equipment sensor data.
