1. A micro light emitting device display apparatus, comprising:
a substrate, having a plurality of connection pads;
a plurality of micro light emitting devices discretely disposed on the substrate;
an isolation layer disposed between the substrate and each of the micro light emitting devices; and
at least one first air gap disposed between the substrate and a surface of the isolation layer facing the substrate.
