1. A lighting device comprising:
a first substrate;
a plurality of first light emitting devices disposed on an upper surface of the first substrate;
a resin layer disposed on the upper surface of the first substrate and including a plurality of holes;
a second substrate disposed on an upper surface of the resin layer; and
a plurality of second light emitting devices disposed on a lower surface of the second substrate and respectively disposed in the plurality of holes,
wherein the plurality of first light emitting devices is arranged in a first direction between the upper surface of the first substrate and the upper surface of the resin layer,
wherein the plurality of second light emitting devices is arranged in the first direction between the upper surface of the first substrate and the lower surface of the second substrate,
wherein the resin layer includes a first surface from which light emitted from the first and second light emitting devices is emitted,
wherein the resin layer includes a second surface opposite the first surface,
wherein the first and second surfaces are spaced apart in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction,
wherein the resin layer and the plurality of holes are disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate in a vertical direction orthogonal to the first and second directions,
wherein the first surface of the resin layer includes a plurality of convex portions and a plurality of concave portions,
wherein each of the plurality of first light emitting devices faces each of the plurality of convex portions in the second direction,
wherein each of the plurality of second light emitting devices faces each of the plurality of concave portions in the second direction,
wherein the plurality of first light emitting devices is disposed in a region between the first surface and the second surface of the resin layer,
wherein the plurality of holes is arranged in the second direction in the region between the first surface and the second surface of the resin layer, and
wherein each of the plurality of holes is disposed in a region between adjacent first light emitting devices and penetrates from the upper surface of the resin layer toward the first substrate.
