1. A switch device comprising:
a printed circuit board including an electrical contact, a lower portion of the printed circuit board on which a connector facing a downward direction is mounted;
a rubber sheet configured to cover the printed circuit board and the connector, the rubber sheet having a rubber dome at a position corresponding to the electrical contact;
an operating knob configured to operate the rubber dome, the operation knob being operable for turning on/off the electrical contact;
an operating mechanism interposed between the operating knob and the rubber dome, the operating mechanism being configured to transmit force applied to the operating knob to the rubber dome;
an operating mechanism plate on which the operating mechanism is provided; and
a housing having a side surface provided with an insertion hole for inserting a part of the operating mechanism, the part of the operating mechanism being connected to the operating knob, and a bottom surface provided with a discharge hole for discharging liquid entering an inside of the housing,
wherein the housing stores the operating mechanism plate, the rubber sheet, and the printed circuit board therein in order from a side surface side,
wherein the discharge hole is located in a lower portion of a space between the operating mechanism plate and the rubber sheet,
wherein the operating mechanism plate has a communication hole that communicates, on a bottom surface side of the operating mechanism, a space between the operating mechanism plate and the rubber sheet and a space between an inner surface of the side surface and the operating mechanism plate,
wherein the rubber sheet has a connector portion discharge path extending toward the operating mechanism plate such that a tip of the connector portion discharge path abuts against the operating mechanism plate, and the connector portion discharge path is configured to guide the liquid entering the housing through the insertion hole via the communication hole to the discharge hole, and
wherein the connector portion discharge path has one end connected to a part of the rubber sheet covering the connector, extends to be inclined from the one end toward the discharge hole provided on the bottom surface, and has another end formed in a vicinity of the bottom surface and separated from the rubber sheet covering the connector, and a gap exists between a lower end portion of the rubber sheet covering the connector and the another end.
