12. A display apparatus, comprising:
a display panel comprising a plurality of subpixels, a respective subpixel of the plurality of subpixels comprising a first area, n1 number of second areas, and n2 number of third areas, the first area being between the n1 number of second areas and the n2 number of third areas, n1≥1, and n2≥1; and
one or more processors configured to:
for displaying a first frame of image, control light emission of the respective subpixel to be limited in the first area, m1 number of the n1 number of second areas, and m2 number of the n2 number of third areas, 0≤m1≤n1, and 0≤m2≤n2; and
for displaying a second frame of image, control light emission of the respective subpixel to be limited in the first area, m1′ number of the n1 number of second areas, and m2′ number of the n2 number of third areas, 0≤m1′≤n1, and 0≤m2′<n2, m1≠m1′, and m2≠m2′.
