1. An apparatus comprising at least one processor and at least one non-transitory memory comprising program code stored thereon, wherein the at least one non-transitory memory and the program code are configured to, with the at least one processor, cause the apparatus to at least:
receive immersive scene configuration data associated with a scene of an operational system, wherein the immersive scene configuration data is generated based at least in part on captured image data depicting at least one past instance of the scene of the operational system, wherein the captured image data depicting the at least one past instance of the scene comprises image data depicting the scene under normal operating conditions and under known anomalous operating conditions;
present an immersive scene monitoring interface based at least in part on captured image data depicting a current instance of the scene of the operational system, wherein the immersive scene monitoring interface comprises a virtual reality or augmented reality view of the scene displayed on an immersive scene monitoring mobile device;
receive quality management event generation input via the immersive scene monitoring interface;
generate one or more quality management events with respect to the current instance of the scene based at least in part on the quality management event generation input and the immersive scene configuration data; and
store the one or more quality management events in a data store of a quality management system associated with the operational system.
