1. A system, comprising:
one or more computing devices configured to:
receive a request, submitted by a customer of a provider network, to generate a virtual private gateway to be used to enable access between an isolated virtual network allocated to the customer within the provider network and an external network of the customer, external to the provider network;
configure the access, via the virtual private gateway, between the isolated virtual network and the external network of the customer, wherein the access is configured to utilize a dedicated private physical connection between the provider network and the external network of the customer; and
route traffic of the customer, via the virtual private gateway, between a computing resource of the isolated virtual network and the external network of the customer.
