1. A computerized method carried out by a processing unit for implementing an improved review system, the method comprising:
receiving at a first computer system an unindexed review for a business or attraction by an author from a handheld device;
storing at the first computer system the unindexed review but not indexing the unindexed review for retrieval;
transmitting to a second computer system a notification for management of the reviewed business or attraction of the unindexed review;
transmitting to the second computer system the unindexed review;
transmitting to the second computer system a prompt to display a first option to contact the author of the unindexed review;
receiving a message from management from the second computer system;
transmitting to the handheld device a notification for the author of the message from management;
transmitting to the handheld device the message from management from the first computer system;
transmitting to the handheld device a prompt to display a second option of amending the unindexed review; and
indexing the unindexed review for retrieval at the first computer system after a period of time following transmission of the notification for management.
