1. A low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulator circuit, comprising:
an amplifier having a first input, a second input, and an output, the first input of the amplifier coupled to a power supply terminal via a first resistor, the second input of the amplifier coupled to the power supply terminal via a second resistor; and
a transistor having a gate, a source, and a drain, the gate coupled to the output of the amplifier, the source coupled to the second input of the amplifier and the second resistor, and the drain coupled to a reference voltage terminal;
wherein resistance of the second resistor is variable based on a first signal from the output of the amplifier and a second signal from the reference voltage terminal.
