1. A building system comprising:
one or more memory devices having instructions stored thereon that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to:
generate a user interface comprising a 2-dimensional (2D) model of a building and a 3-dimensional (3D) model of the building;
receive a first user input via the user interface, the first user input indicating a selection of a first object in the 2D model or the 3D model;
determine a physical space or equipment represented by the first object;
determine one or more events associated with the physical space or equipment;
receive a second user input via the user interface, the second user input indicating creation of an incident based on the one or more events; and
initiate an automated response process in response to the creation of the incident.
