1. A toothed belt comprising:
a belt body having a flat band-shaped back rubber portion and a plurality of tooth rubber portions placed on an inner circumferential side of the back rubber portion, provided integrally with the back rubber portion, and forming tooth portions, respectively, the back rubber portion and the tooth rubber portions being each composed of a thermoplastic elastomer composition;
a cord placed and embedded in a portion on the inner circumferential side of the back rubber portion so as to form a spiral having a pitch in a belt width direction, and containing carbon filaments; and
a tooth portion covering material provided on an inner circumferential side of the belt body and covering the plurality of tooth rubber portions, wherein
an elastomer component of the thermoplastic elastomer composition is a polyamide-based thermoplastic elastomer (TPAE) or a polyester-based thermoplastic elastomer (TPC),
a Shore D hardness of the thermoplastic elastomer composition forming the back rubber portion is not less than 25 and not greater than 70,
a Shore D hardness of the thermoplastic elastomer composition forming the tooth rubber portions is not less than 54 and not greater than 70, and
the Shore D hardness of the thermoplastic elastomer composition forming the back rubber portion is less than the Shore D hardness of the thermoplastic elastomer composition forming the tooth rubber portions.
