1. A waveform rotor pair comprising:
a first rotor having an opening passing therethrough;
a second rotor;
each rotor having
just one surface with a waveform pattern centered about an axial center of the rotor with the waveform patterns being complementary to each other and having no angles along any radius extending from a start of the waveform pattern to an end of the waveform pattern, the opening located at the axial center of the first rotor, and
a plurality of mounting holes spaced around a periphery of each rotor, and
wherein when the first rotor and the second rotor are assembled together, a disk chamber is defined between the rotors.
