1. A car (1) comprising:
two front wheels (2);
two rear drive wheels (4);
a supercharged internal combustion engine (5), which is provided with a plurality of cylinders (18), with which respective pistons (19) slide, and with a drive shaft (20) connected to the pistons (19);
a first compressor (49) configured to compress air suited to be sucked by the supercharged internal combustion engine (5); and
a transmission (7) which is interposed between the internal combustion engine (5) and the rear drive wheels (4), is configured to vary a gear ratio between the drive shaft (20) and the rear drive wheels (4) by alternately engaging a plurality of different gears, and comprises a drum (64) which is brought into rotation by the drive shaft (20), at least one clutch (65) contained in the drum (64) to take the motion from the drum (64), a primary shaft (66) directly connected to the clutch (65), a secondary shaft (68) which transmits the motion to the rear drive wheels (4), and a plurality of gearings, each of which defines a respective gear and is configured to transmit the motion from the primary shaft (66) to the secondary shaft (68);
wherein the drum (64) of the transmission (7) is coupled to the first compressor (49) and configured to receive the rotary motion from the drum (64) of the transmission (7) to cause a rotation of the first compressor (49) within the compressor unit (37).
