19. A method of installing a tieback, the method comprising
installing a drill bit on to a drive shaft, which is connected to a mount that is attached to a machine;
positioning the drill bit at a predetermined location along a sea wall and at a predetermined angle distal to the sea wall, wherein there is no contact with the wall expect for the drill bit;
activating the motor to engage the drive shaft to drill an aperture through the seal wall and a predetermined distance into the earth along an axis, wherein only a drill bit comes in contact with the seal wall;
detaching the drill bit and attaching an anchoring member with a retaining member to be inserted into the aperture; and
securing the anchoring member in the aperture with a retaining member and a flange.
