1. A partially hydrogenated, dehydrochlorinated PVC having the structure

OG Complex Work Unit Chemistry
wherein x is from 1 to 100, y is from 1 to 10, w is from 1 to 10, and z is from 2 to 100; and
wherein the partially hydrogenated, dehydrochlorinated PVC has a molecular weight of from about 2,000 Da to about 15,000 Da.
