1. A compound of the general formula (I.a)

wherein
the dashed line represents a single or a double bond,
X is selected from the group consisting of —(C—O)CH3 and —CH(OH)CH3,
R1a and R1b are hydrogen, or R1a together with R1b form a methylene group, and
R3a, R3b and R4, independently of each other, are selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and methyl,
a mixture thereof, a stereoisomer thereof or a mixture of stereoisomers thereof; except for the compound of formula (I.a) where R1a, R1b, R3a, R3b and R4 are hydrogen, the dashed line represents a single bond and X is —(C═O)CH3.
