1. A method for treating a feedwater comprising natural water or waste water, the method including the following treatment stages:
adding an oxidizing agent to the feedwater,
mixing of the feedwater with a coagulant,
flocculation of the feedwater in a pressure flocculation reactor made in the form of a vertical vessel during 2 and up to 30 minutes,
adding a flocculant to the feedwater after the flocculation in the pressure flocculation reactor,
filtering the feedwater through a moving granular bed in a moving granular bed pressure clarifying filter to produce a filtered water, and
disinfection of the filtered water with sodium hypochlorite,
wherein the moving granular bed in the moving granular bed pressure clarifying filter has a single layer or two layers of polymer granules with a granule size in a range of 1-20 mm and a density of granules in a range of 0.3-0.98 g/cm3, and a height of the moving granular bed is in a range 0.5-2.5 m,
wherein the feedwater with a temperature above 10° C. flows downward through the pressure flocculation reactor,
wherein the feedwater with a temperature below 10° C., as well as low turbid and deep color water flow upward through the pressure flocculation reactor,
wherein a demulsifier is additionally added to the flow of the feedwater, which contains light contaminants with a density less than the density of water, and then the feedwater flows to the middle of the pressure flocculation reactor and then downward through the pressure flocculation reactor, and light contaminants are removed from the feedwater by upward flow.
