1. A vehicle cleaner unit configured to clean a cleaning object mounted near a front bumper or a front grille provided with an air outlet, the vehicle cleaner unit comprising:
a blower including a suction port for sucking air and a blowout port for blowing out the air toward the cleaning object through the air outlet when the blower is in operation,
a closing mechanism configured to move the blowout port relative to the air outlet from an operation position at which the blower is in operation to a closing position at which the blowout port is not communicated with the air outlet when the blower is not in operation, and
a control unit configured to output control signals for the blower and the closing mechanism.
