1. A valve assembly for a chemical injection system, the valve assembly comprising:
a housing having a first side, a second side opposite the first side, and a bottom;
a first hose barb coupled to the first side of the housing for coupling to a first outer conduit;
a first connector concentric with the first hose barb for coupling to a first inner conduit concentric with the first outer conduit, the second connector being coupled to a first valve conduit;
a second hose barb coupled to the second side of the housing for coupling to a second outer conduit;
a second connector concentric with the second hose barb for coupling to a second inner conduit concentric with the second outer conduit, the second connector being coupled to a second valve conduit; and
a first ball valve coupled to the bottom of the housing, the first ball valve including a lever for opening and closing the ball valve to drain leaked fluid in the housing.
