1. An article of manufacture which comprises a pump that utilizes compressed gas to pump a fluid and generate a compressed gas foam comprising:
a. a pump comprising at least one inlet, at least one outlet, an inlet chamber, an outlet chamber and a pumping means;
b. said at least one fluid inlet is in fluid communication with the inlet chamber; the fluid outlet in fluid communication with the outlet chamber;
c. said pumping means comprising a compressed gas inlet and a compressed gas outlet; said pumping means adapted to move fluid from the fluid inlet, through the inlet chamber to the outlet chamber and to the fluid outlet under pressure from said compressed gas;
d. said three-way valve having one inlet and a first and a second outlet;
e. said compressed gas outlet is in direct fluid communication with the input of said three-way valve;
f. the first outlet of said three-way valve placed in direct fluid communication with the outlet chamber; and
g. said three-way valve adapted to either direct the compressed gas to the outlet chamber
to generate a compressed gas foam or alternatively direct the compressed gas to said second outlet.
