1. A medical electrical lead for implanting in a patient, comprising:
a lead body comprising:
a proximal portion configured to be connected to an implantable medical device comprising an electrical signal generator, and
a distal portion, the distal portion having a spiral shape with a plurality of isodiametric loops, wherein the plurality of isodiametric loops have a diameter based on a blood vessel size and implant location, the plurality of isodiametric loops being configured to stabilize the distal portion when implanted in at least one blood vessel of the patient, wherein the at least one blood vessel of the patient comprises at least one of a brachiocephalic vein, a superior vena cava, or a subclavian vein, the blood vessel size is a size of the at least one blood vessel, and the implant location is a portion of the at least one blood vessel proximate to a phrenic nerve; and
a plurality of electrodes disposed on the distal portion and electrically connected to the electrical signal generator via the lead body.
