20 Claims

1. A method of treating cancer in a subject, comprising:

administering to the subject in need thereof, a composition comprising a veratridine (VTD) conjugate comprising a polyglutamic acid-VTD (PLE-VTD) conjugate or a polyethylene/polyglutamic acid-VTD (PEG-PLE-VTD) conjugate.
